How We Rebuild Your Iron
Five clear steps guide you smoothly from start to finish.
Step 2 : Visual & NDT Inspection
Our certified technicians perform strict visual inspections alongside Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to identify micro-fractures, wall thickness loss, and structural fatigue.
Step 3 : Precision Machining & Repair
Damaged areas are addressed. We replace worn elastomers and seals, re-machine seal surfaces, and perform specialized welding to bring dimensions back to exact OEM tolerances.
Step 1 : Teardown & Cleaning
We completely disassemble the unit and utilize industrial cleaning methods to strip away grease, rust, paint, and field debris down to the bare metal.
Step 4 : Assembly & Hydrostatic Testing
The unit is reassembled with premium components and subjected to high-pressure hydrostatic testing, holding it at maximum working pressures to guarantee zero leakage.
Step 5 : Painting & Documentation
The equipment receives a final industrial-grade protective coating and banding. We then issue a comprehensive re-certification data packet, including test charts and inspection reports.
