EXPERT MAINTENANCE & OVERHAUL

Maximize the lifespan of your high-pressure flow iron. We restore your critical wellhead and flowline equipment to strict OEM specifications, ensuring absolute safety and operational efficiency.

Don't Replace When You Can Restore

Extending the life of your oilfield equipment saves costs and ensures safety.

PRI's comprehensive repair and re-certification program saves you significant capital expenditure. We refurbish your existing assets to "like-new" condition—backed by rigorous testing and full documentation—so you can safely put them back to work without the cost of buying brand new iron.

High-pressure flow iron is subjected to extreme fatigue, abrasion, and corrosive environments in the field. However, heavy wear does not always dictate the end of an asset's life.

How We Rebuild Your Iron

Five clear steps guide you smoothly from start to finish.

Step 2 : Visual & NDT Inspection

Our certified technicians perform strict visual inspections alongside Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to identify micro-fractures, wall thickness loss, and structural fatigue.

Step 3 : Precision Machining & Repair

Damaged areas are addressed. We replace worn elastomers and seals, re-machine seal surfaces, and perform specialized welding to bring dimensions back to exact OEM tolerances.

Step 1 : Teardown & Cleaning

We completely disassemble the unit and utilize industrial cleaning methods to strip away grease, rust, paint, and field debris down to the bare metal.

Step 4 : Assembly & Hydrostatic Testing

The unit is reassembled with premium components and subjected to high-pressure hydrostatic testing, holding it at maximum working pressures to guarantee zero leakage.

Step 5 : Painting & Documentation

The equipment receives a final industrial-grade protective coating and banding. We then issue a comprehensive re-certification data packet, including test charts and inspection reports.
