  • 100% Material Traceability: Complete metallurgical transparency. We provide comprehensive Material Test Reports (MTRs) with full heat tracking from the raw forging to the finished product.

  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Certified technicians perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) to detect microscopic subsurface flaws.

  • Precision Gauging: Advanced coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and calibrated gauges ensure thread profiles and seal surfaces meet exact dimensional tolerances.
